Services

Support for every stage of life

Every client is different. Together we'll shape an approach that fits you, your family, and your goals.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one support for adults and teens working through depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, or the stress of everyday life.

Family Therapy

Helping families strengthen relationships, communicate more effectively, and move through hard seasons together.

Play Therapy for Children

Children often say through play what they can't yet put into words. With a post-graduate certificate in child-centered play therapy from Regis University, I help kids express feelings, build coping skills, and work through what's troubling them.

Parent Support

Guidance for parents navigating a child's or teen's emotional and behavioral challenges, alongside or apart from the child's own therapy.

About me

Helping you cope, grow, and live a more fulfilled life

My goal is to help clients manage everyday stress and discover what a more fulfilling life looks like for them. I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing depression, anxiety, addiction, and grief, and I offer specialized support for children, teens, and their parents, including play therapy for younger children.

Before private practice, I worked extensively with homeless veterans facing addiction and mental health challenges. That experience shapes how I show up for every client: steady, practical, and without judgment. I'm also trained in and experienced with supporting LGBTQIA+ clients.

All sessions are held by secure telehealth for clients located in Colorado, so you can get support from wherever you feel most comfortable.

Outside the office, I'm a mom of two boys and we share our home with several golden retrievers. I love hiking and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

My approach

Proven methods, tailored to you

I draw on several well-researched approaches and blend them to fit what each person needs.

  • Person-Centered

A warm, accepting space where you set the direction and feel truly heard.

  • Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Noticing and reshaping the thought patterns that keep you stuck.

  • Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

Practical skills for handling intense emotions and relationships.

  • Solution-Focused

Building on what already works to reach your goals sooner.

  • Behavioral Therapy

Concrete, step-by-step changes, especially helpful for children and families.
